FCSS offers individual and family counselling to adults, couples, and youth with our Registered Psychologist.  New clients welcome.

We offer counseling for a variety of issues such as:
- Depression and anxiety
- Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Grief and Loss
- Self-esteem
- Relationship issues, strengthening marriage
- Conflict resolutions/ communication
- Anger Issues
- Abuse (I.e., Sexual, Physical, Spiritual, Emotional)
- Self Awareness
- Emotional Regulation

Tools for Supporting the Emotional Wellbeing in Children and Youth

The tools on this webpage were created to teach skills that can help children and youth cope with some of the challenges associated with the pandemic, like:

  • Breaks in continuity of health care

  • Missed significant life events

  • Lost security and safety
