Family Counselling Program

FCSS offers individual and family counselling to adults, couples, and youth with our Registered Psychologist. During the COVID-19 crisis, counselling appointments may available online for suitable applicants. New clients welcome.
We offer counseling for a variety of issues such as:
- Depression and anxiety
- Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Grief and Loss
- Relationship issues, strengthening marriage
- Conflict resolutions/ communication
- Anger Issues
- Abuse (I.e., Sexual, Physical, Spiritual, Emotional)

Kids Help Phone
Canada's only national helpline for young people between the ages of 5 and 20. It offers: 24-hour confidential and anonymous support.
